Cuddy Cottage is a compact cottage, suitable for 2 people, it is positioned just off Church Street, which is the road that runs alongside the harbour and river on the old East side of Whitby. Converted from a Georgian wash house, Cuddy Cottage is accessed through a communal yard. The cottage consists of a combined lounge/kitchen/diner with stairs up to a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Outside is an outhouse with a washer/dryer and a tiny yard.
The cottage has been renovated to a high standard. Downstairs has a  ceramic tiled floor with under floor heating, a high spec kitchen with natural beech worktops and stainless steel appliances including a fan oven and a microwave.
There is a plasma style wall mounted fire, a leather sofa, a fold-down dining table and chairs and a TV.
Upstairs is a full size double bed, a fitted wardrobe and an en-suite shower room with w.c. and basin.
