Short
Terms and Conditions (a full version is posted to you with your receipt or
viewable here)
A deposit of £100 per week or part week (or full payment) is required when
booking.
The balance is due 8 weeks before the holiday date. If booking within 8 weeks
of your holiday we require full payment with this form.
If you have to cancel your holiday for any reason we will only refund
your payment (less deposit) if we can re-let the property at the full rate.
For this reason we strongly recommend that you take out your own cancellation
insurance.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your holiday we will try our
hardest to find you a similar property.
If we cannot find you an acceptable property we will of course refund your payment
in full.
Our aim is for you to enjoy your holiday in a clean and comfortable property. If
we fall short of this please tell us during your stay. We will then do what we
can to enable you to enjoy your stay. If we do not hear of problems until
your stay is over we will not entertain any complaints made at a later date.
We do not allow over occupancy of the properties. If you
exceed the maximum numbers for the property you will all be asked to
leave.
We reserve the right to enter the property at any time for repairs, meter
reading etc.
Your well behaved dog is welcome at no extra charge in all the cottages. Pets
are not allowed in the apartments. Dog owners must confine their dog downstairs,
not leave them unattended at any time and must exercise them away from the
cottage.
Please clean up after your dog. We will charge you for any damage
caused by your dog.
Please report any breakages or replace anything you have broken.
We reserve the right to charge for any damage over and above wear and tear.
