A former sail loft in an impressive Georgian listed warehouse, lovingly restored in 2005, the apartment offers warm and exclusive accommodation for 2 people on the banks of the River Esk.  The apartment is tastefully furnished and consists of a spacious modern open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, a large double bedroom and pretty bathroom. 
There is a dedicated off street parking space directly outside and the centre of Whitby is a pleasant 10 minute walk away along the riverside.

On the lower ground floor, accessed by a short flight of steps, the one bedroom apartment is superbly appointed and is finished in a contemporary loft style:
