Brand new for 2009 these 2 cottages, next door but one to each other, are set in an excellent position. They are 5 minutes level walk from the town centre yet they have private, off road parking, good views and a small sunny lawned garden and patio. The lounge is upstairs to take advantage of the views over the railway track, with its steam trains, to the historic East side of Whitby and the Abbey and harbour.

Accommodation: From your private parking space the front door leads into the hallway with cloakroom (wc and washbasin) off.
From the hall you enter the large, light, comfortable lounge/dining/kitchen with good quality furnishings.
The Kitchen area has fully integrated units including dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer.
There is a good quality double bed settee in the lounge for occasional  use by larger groups.
Downstairs:
Ground floor master bedroom with king sized bed and patio door to garden. Small second bedroom with 2 x 2'6" twin beds.
Beautiful bathroom with P shaped bath/shower, wc and basin. Hallway with walk-in wardrobe and storage.
The cottages have lcd tvs, dvd player, IPod Docking units and freeview.
With full gas central heating the cottages are available and comfortable all year round.
Your well behaved dog is welcome and stays for £30 in these cottages.
