Email us. Your booking will be held for 5 days while you pay your
deposit. A non refundable deposit of £100 per property per week secures
your booking. The balance is required 8 weeks before your holiday. If
booking within 8 weeks full payment is required. Cheques should be made
out to "Owners Cottages". Credit and Debit cards are welcome (no
surcharge applies). Prices quoted are the total price per property per
week (or per short break) not per person.

| If you have to cancel your holiday
for any reason we will only refund your payment (less deposit) if we can
re-let at full price. For this reason we strongly suggest you take out
your own cancellation insurance. If we have to cancel your holiday we
will try our hardest to find you a similar property. If we cannot find
you a similar property we will of course refund your payment in full.

| Electric, gas and bed linen (except cot linen) are all included in
the price. Coal and logs are available locally. Towels are provided free
in Endeavour Loft and Sail Loft Apartments. Towels
are available at an extra cost in the other properties (e.g. for foreign
visitors or non car users). Bookings run from 3pm on arrival day to 10am
on departure day (usually Saturday to Saturday).

| Cuddy & Quaker Cottages and Sail Loft Apartment accommodate a maximum of 2
people. Whitehall & Endeavour Loft Apartments and Quayside, Seashell,
Seagull and Monkshaven Cottages accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
Boatyard and Old Mill Cottages accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Poppy
Nook and Sunbeam Cottages sleep 4 with occasional guest space for 2 on a
comfortable sofa bed in the lounge. If you
exceed the maximum numbers for the property you will all be asked
to leave.

| Your well behaved dog is
welcome and stays free in all the cottages - sorry not the apartments.
Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture. Dogs must not foul
the yards or be left alone in the cottages. We will charge you
for any damage caused by your dog.

| If you break
anything please replace it or
inform us and arrange payment. If anything is not working please inform
us straight away so we can repair or replace it. We reserve the right to
charge you for any damage over and above fair wear and tear. We may need
to enter the property without notice (to repair the property for
instance) but we will try and contact you first so please supply your
mobile telephone number.

properties are No Smoking -
please smoke outside.

| Our aim
is for you to enjoy your holiday in a clean and comfortable property. If
we fall short please tell us straight away so we can try to resolve your
problem. We will not entertain any complaints made after your
holiday is over if not initially reported to us during your holiday.
